Excellent Value
I used this together with a metal platform bed frame, which does not require a boxspring. This is new thing for me, because a traditional bed was always a spring mattress + wooden box spring. And so far I am very pleased with this purchase. I bought this to replace a traditional mattress-boxspring combo, and did not want to spend ~$1000 for new one of those. So far the BedStory memory foam mattress is comfortable, has the right level of firmness, and is perfect for my way of sleeping (side-sleeper). I also like that with the metal platform frame and no box spring, I now have much more room under the bed, which makes vacuuming easier, and I can store a laundry basket under it.
The mattress is heavy (close to 90lbs for the full size), so make sure you have a partner to help lift. I carried it on my own up to my 3rd floor apartment, but that’s probably not smart. Anyway, this mattress is a huge improvement over my old spring mattress, which had become sunken in. I was very anxious about this cost of replacing it, but I think in the future I will always go the memory foam route, and no need to continually buy new box-springs. I expect I will get several years of use out of this mattress.

Great price and product
I got this mattress for my 16 year old son and he loves it.
5 years ago I replaced my mattress with a Endy mattress and it was hard so I had to purchase a thick foam topper. This made me a bit nervous to buy another box mattress but my son needed a new one and the price was right.
I love this mattress more than my expensive Endy mattress. It is soft and plushy overall itâs perfect. My 14 year old used to hang out my my bed because it was comfy and now I find him hanging in his brothers bed all the time.
I would definitely recommend this mattress the price is perfect and it is really comfortable.

Bought two king size beds from this company in the past 12 months. It was totally worth the buy. The bed is very comfortable, just firm enough but not too much. Fast delivery and takes its form very quickly. I went to see some in stores and I can say it’s just as comfortable as the expensive mattresses if not even better. Totally worth the buy.

Not a very good mattress
I bought this mattress and left 1 week to fully expand and fill out. I’ve used the mattress for two weeks now and the middle if the mattress sags. It feels like you’re sinking and not a comfortable feeling. I have not had a good night’s rest since receiving this mattress. I have to sleep closer to the edge of the mattress so I’m not sinking in the middle. The same thing happens with my tiny 8 year old child. I’m not impressed with the quality of this mattress. I don’t think i would recommend anyone buying this mattress.

You get what you pay for
I purchased this mattress after a family member had recommended it to us. I tried their bed out and felt like it was perfectly plush – exactly what I was looking for. When we first got it, we let it expand in our living room. It felt so plush and I was so excited to sleep on it. After moving it to our bedroom, it felt really stiff. I figured that this was because we were sleeping with it on the floor as our frame hadn’t arrived yet. Now that we have our frame and mattress together I can say that it’s still stiff and I can feel the bed rails through the bed. I don’t know how that’s possible as this bed is 12″ thick but my boyfriend and I can feel a metal support rail right where our hips sit and it’s really uncomfortable. We’re going to add a mattress topper, but it’s still disappointing.

Ordered for my preteen sons high sleeper bed, he says this is a super comfy mattress and is really happy with it. He is the size of an adult at 5ft9 so I am hopeful this will last him.
It came in a box, rolled up in plastic sheet. They helpfully provided a device to release the bed that ensured the mattress did not get damaged. Would recommend and will buy again should anyone else need a new mattress.

I’ll update this after a longer time of using it, but so far I’ve tried it for one night. Arrived 1 day early even when ordering on prime, tightly and well packed. It’s completely vacuum packed so be cautious when you cut the outer plastic that it doesn’t spring out to quickly. This is definitely firm for sure, I can’t comment on it too much as I prefer a soft mattress but that isn’t what this is! I can’t/barely feel the springs which is good, though I’m quite light so I can’t say if that’d be different for people of a heavier weight. It doesn’t need a topper if you like very firm mattresses, but I’ve put a thin one on anyway which does help, if I could get a quality memory foam topper that’d make it perfect in my opinion! Overall very good, I bought this for the price and overall good reviews, which I stand by. Good, basic mattress, can’t fault it unless you’re being picky.
Update: 1 year later and still good, hasn’t sagged or broken in any way.
