 Amazing Ergonomic Chair!I used to have an esports gaming chair and a big, tall office chair, but I suffered from back and neck pain every time I used them for extended periods. For example, if I sat in these chairs for 4 hours, my neck and back would hurt.However, with this new chair, those pains are gone! I can happily sit for a couple of hours and feel nothing! It’s super comfortable!The back support is especially noteworthy; it’s very solid and really helps with my back pain. I feel like something is supporting my back, and I wish I had bought this chair earlier!It also helps with my neck pain, thanks to the adjustable headrest. I can just lean back and watch my monitor comfortably. The cushion is also very soft and made of breathable material, perfect for long-time use.The installation process was pretty simple; it took me about 15 minutes, and the parts are of really good quality (heavy metal), so it’s not made of cheap plastics.I am 6 ft (185 cm) tall and it fits me perfectly. El soporte lumbar sà ayuda a que la columna se mantenga lo más erecta posible.El soporte para descanso de la cabeza es cómodo y se ajusta con facilidad. Me ha ayudado a no tener que estar separado del asiento para estar escribiendo con el teclado y mirar los monitores como sucedÃa con mi otra silla (aunado al ajuste de los reposa brazos).Importante, las dimensiones de la silla no son para personas de baja estatura, en mi opinión. Para una persona que mide menos de 165 centÃmetros, esta silla no serÃa muy cómoda al no poder reposar la cabeza, a menos que no ensamble esa pieza en la silla.El ensamble de la silla es muy sencillo, el instructivo es bueno y conciso (viene con pijas y herramienta).
