Great back rest. Good durability
This chair has served me quite well in the past 3 weeks. It was very easy to set up and took me about 25-30 minutes to do so.The materials are what you expect. Decent and durable plastic with precision screw holes.The cushion feels average. I wouldnât say itâs overly comfortable, but itâs better than average.The backrest is probably the most impressive part of the whole chair. It molds to my back and has a good decent height to it.The wheels roll smoothly. I was able to try out both carpet and hardwood and they performed relatively well. Iâve felt better, but theyâre definitely good.Tilt is okay, I wish there was a setting to lock it in. Thatâs the only downside to the chair in my opinion. It tilts pretty far, but without the lock mechanism, itâs not very useful – but could be if you like tilting once in a while without a lock.Arm rests are comfortable. I like how you can take them off on the chair. Very useful if you are a musician and play guitar or an instrument. Gives you the freedom for your arms to move around. The arm rests can adjust forward and backward only. I wish they could do horizontal adjustments.Overall, great chair for the price. I was able to feel comfortable, sturdy and safe while sitting in it for the past month. The aesthetics are great and the hangar is a bonus. I would recommend this chair to anyone with the budget. Really like the mesh seat, the angle make it feels like a car seat, where you are obtained inside the seat. The adjustability is great. But I think the quality can be improved, feels a little cheap considering the price.

Pleasantly surprised so far
This chair surprised me. Easy to assemble, parts seem to be descent quality. I was skeptical due to the low price for an all mesh chair, but so far I am pleasantly surprised. The comfort is exceptional, adjustable head rest and back height adjustment are great features. The lumbar support is spring loaded which makes it incredibly comfortable. Great buy.

A chair with vey easy assemble steps. Interesting design and looks great in shape! The seat is wide enough and very comfortable. With forms inside, so ut is neither too soft nor too hard. The back of seet is pretty high, and my neck feels very comfortable. The chair is not too large and can move easily on wooden floors and carbets. In one word, Fair price and excellent quality. Definitely a great buy!

Needs significant product adjustments.
Short version:The chair isn’t comfortable and causes back pain. The lumbar support needs serious redesigning.Long version:I bought this chair before any low rating reviews were there. All the reviews then were positive which makes me question them now.I wanted an ergonomic chair with the following criteria:- Mesh base and back.- Adjustable lumbar and head support.- Adjustable tilt with 3 lock points.- 3D armrest.- Modern/nice design.I was surprised by how few options in the market meet all my long criteria list, but this one seemed to do it.Pros:1- The assembly was relatively easy (took me 30-45 min).2- All the criteria I mentioned above.Cons/suggestions:1- The lumbar goes too far into the seat (towards your back) and that’s not adjustable. It takes almost one third of the base area leaving little room for your thighs to rest on, and it takes away the option of scooting backwards to rest your back. The back pain caused by it is a serious deal breaker.2- The lumbar is too low even at the highest lock.3- The lumber mesh material is too round and too hard.4- The seat is too high. As a 5’8 person, even at the lowest height setting, my feet were not firm flat on the floor which added even more pressure on my rear and lower back.5- My chair tilt had only 2 lock points instead of the 3 mentioned in the ad.6- The plastic base of the seat has a cell-like design instead of a flat smooth surface (see it in the ad photo). It traps dust, food crumbs and liquid spells, and it’s very hard to clean since it’s blocked by the mesh.7- The chrome colored piece that covers the screws in the back is snap-in but doesn’t snap out. It takes away the option from the user to disassemble the chair without breaking it.8- The head and armrest don’t lock.9- The shirt hanger in the back just isn’t necessary and it occupies more space from behind the chair.10- The V shape in the back is too thin and flimsy. When grabbed to move the chair, it could easily break.To return the chair, I experienced the same difficulty mentioned in the other comments. I wasn’t able to disassemble the hydraulic cylinder, it simply was too jammed and I didn’t want to damage it with heavy hammering. As such, returning all the parts in the original box was impossible, so I improvised.The company was kind enough to refund me, and I appreciate their ambitious product, but I’m sorry to say that this product needs significant re-designing. I wish for the best to the company and the customers.

Somehow my package arrived missing a key component. Thankfully I emailed the company and they responded to me promptly. I received the missing part within 10 days. I am happy I purchased from a company that cares for its customers. Moreover, I absolutely love the chair. It is the best quality desk chair you can find for under $200. The lower lumbar is the best support I have ever found in a chair, it fits the nook of my back perfectly. Same thing goes for the head rest. The only downside is that I am 5â2â and my feet do not touch the ground, which seems strange considering all other features fit me perfectly. Iâll have to get a foot booster. The chair is so nice though, I wouldnât trade it for anything else.

The chair has great lumbar support, and it was very easy to assemble. Sadly, when the chair was received, we noticed the left arm rest was broken. We have reached out to the seller to request they send a replacement for the defective part.

I previously bought a reclining gaming chair that after 6 months ripped and was super uncomfortable. So I did some research and came across this chair. I have scoliosis which makes most chairs uncomfortable. The lumbar support is awesome as is the reclining. The seat cushion is shorter than my last chair which means I can actually touch the floor when I switch back in the chair. I game on a pc so a good chair is critical. The best thing is the price. It was cheaper than my last chair but only in price not quality.The only con is that the only way to adjust the lumbar area is to raise the back piece on the chair, which makes the headrest higher as well. And you cannot adjust the chair height. The adjustable arm rests help with this some and I have a computer table that I can adjust the height of too.If youâre on the fence just buy it. You wonât regret it!

I sit for work and it was causing so much back pain that I went to a physical therapist. She ended up diagnosing that the problem was my work from home set up. This chair is ergonically designed to work with the human body. Being able to adjust the chair so that my knees are 90 degrees and my arms are too has helped so much. Make sure to get a foot rest as well to keep your legs in 90 degree form. The material on this chair is sturdy but comfortable. It didnât take too long to assemble either.
