My daughter had a box spring that came with her bedroom sweet and it was made out of cheap plywood. The Medal option is a lot better and it keeps everything sturdier. Good quality and easy to put together. The price is unmatched!!!

Great for houses with tiny staircase where wooden box spring won’t fit
We moved into an older house and the staircase to the basement unit was really small. Our wooden box spring would not fit at all and we thought there’s no way around it. Well did some research and am so glad we found this box spring that can be easily disassembled. Was quite easy to assemble and the dimensions for the queen box spring was perfect and fit our frame really well. Happy about the purchase.

Not as advertised
I got this to replace my old boxspring which was VERY old. Upon receiving it, the instructions were clear, straightforward, and seemed easy enough. Upon reading the manual, I noticed that it said the maximum weight load was 250 lbs. The Amazon page advertised this as 700 lbs. I wanted something durable and sturdy, but after looking over everything, there seemed to be a lot of plastic connectors which I knew would be a problem over time. Some of the corner pieces immediately fell out, although they seemed to be cosmetic only anyway. The boxspring also seemed to “lean” on one half even when everything was assembled properly.. which didn’t inspire confidence either.. I spent one night on it and while it did the job, I was left with a sense of unease. I took it apart and returned it.
Overall, the frame looked flimsy, and there’s no way it would have lasted long-term.. there was only 4 hand-twist screws holding the entire thing together… the rest was slotted in with plastic..
I would have preferred to use more screws throughout the build instead of relying on plastic.

First of all letâs just say Iâm old school. Prior to buying this box spring, my old one was the type with the wood inside it ð¤·ð½ââï¸ so when I bought this one I actually thought I bought the wrong thing lol this box spring is AMAZING! The box was really heavy but setting it up was so simple and easy, I didnât even use the instructions! The hardest part was getting the cloth around it honestly. It is completely silent and great! 10 out of 10!

Iâve been refinishing 2 twin beds for a spare bedroom for our grand kids to use when they spend the night. We ordered two mattresses and two of these box springs for the beds during the Amazon spring sale.
I was not expecting them to be this well made or as nice as they were!

Easy to assemble. Except for the cover. It is very snuggly fit which is great but a challenge to put on by myself in a small room. The metal seems very sturdy. Fit my frame and queen mattress perfectly. Delivery was great, all parts accounted for. Would recommend as a good buy and not too expensive.
