Gorgeous accent chair!
I noticed most reviews were for the antique design of this chair, so I thought I’d add one for the modern design.
It’s a good, sturdy chair full of real wood and fantastic value! I got a little frustrated getting the holes lined up, but I’m sure if I had a pair of helping hands it would have been a breeze. I got this chair because my dad has always liked an armchair to sit in, and he liked it just fine. He’s also a *very* big and tall guy, as a testament to this chair’s sturdiness.
I’ll likely end up getting or making a different pillowcase cover so it’s not so monotone, but already coming with a pillow was great! All the hardware was also included, even the little felt pads for the feet.
The cushion is comfortable but it is firm, so if you’re looking for soft and squishy, this might not be the one for you.

Nice bedroom chair
I like the size and the color and the material of the chair. We had some difficulties getting the back into the correct slot. Therefore the back of the chair moves a little bit. We can’t seem to get it exactly into the slot. The chair itself is comfortable. It’s not as heavy duty as I thought it might be.

For the price ok chair!
The assembly was not easy not straight forward. I had to get my brother to help me. The material is nice and the seat is not too soft which is good. It means that it will last longer. It is a chair that is meant for delicate use. I donât think itâs a product that will last in a house with the children jumping on it because itâs not that strong. Overall good chair I bought two.

-assembly was not easy was not hard. So so.
– quality is lower than 2: the back of the armchair is a hollow (not stuffed with any material) which has very thin wood sheet in the back and thinner foam in the front. The back wood sheet is even thinner than the cardboard of the box the armchair came in that. As you see in the picture, it came in broken. You can see the thickness in the picture of the broken part.
– as the back foam is very thin and it is not stuffed, it cannot support your neck and your back properly.

This chair met my expectations and possibly exceeded in that itâs clean, the material is soft boucleâ as I was hoping and solid wood legs. It was easy to screw on the legs properly and it sits solidly on the floor..pleasantly surprised that you can wash the pillow cover. The storage ottoman is a plus. Chair would not be comfortable by itself ⦠low back rest.. so resting feet on ottoman is key.

I needed a small chair in my room to put shoes on, sit and read… My pets have decided to claim this as their own, though, and allow us to use it when they aren’t lounging.
Love that it is a swivel chair – swivels effortlessly. Kind of hilarious when my cat is jumping off of it while the dog is lounging on the seat because it scares him…
My husband is 6′, I’m 5’6″ – it’s very comfy for me, but perfect for him to just sit down and put his shoes on before he goes to work or to snuggle up with our dog for a little bit. He wouldn’t love it if this was the only type of chair in our living room, but my kids really like it.
You cannot just flip the cushion if oh, say, one side has muddy paw prints on it. The bottom of it has velcro to keep it in place (and is black, not the soft cushy cream fabric). You can remove the cushion cover though, so you are able to spot treat it without soaking the cushion. I haven’t put it through the washer/dryer, just used my carpet cleaner on it. If you have pets, I recommend getting some sort of cover or putting a blanket on it so that it stays a bit cleaner.
It doesn’t feel like typical velvet, so I feel like that description is a misnomer. It’s soft and plush, but I wouldn’t describe it as velvet. Pic included so you can see how the fabric is.
Love that it is fully assembled – just have to open the box and place it in your room. Pretty lightweight – I was able to do it myself if I wanted to (just a cumbersome box size), but I had my teenager set it up for me instead.
