I recently purchased a Gaming Chair with Massager Lumbar Support and a Retractable Footrest from the seller KRACER, and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. This chair has truly exceeded all my expectations and has immensely improved my gaming experience.
First and foremost, the lumbar support in this chair is a game-changer. As someone who spends hours seated while gaming, having proper support for my lower back is crucial. The built-in massager takes it to another level, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience during long gaming sessions. I can now say goodbye to backaches and discomfort!
The retractable footrest is a fantastic addition that takes comfort to new heights. It allows me to fully stretch and rest my legs when needed, promoting better blood circulation and reducing fatigue. It’s like having a mini relaxation station right in my gaming chair!

Decent quality, couple complaints but not bad
Seen a lot of people discussing size. I’m 5”10 150lbs so not the biggest but I’d say its barely big enough, could be bigger, specifically regarding the backrest and the weird little arms that go out.
The plastic holes are uncomfortable too if you sit lower in the chair and have your shoulder blades or head near it, unless you have the pillow which is a little too firm and puffy to be a decent enough remedy for that problem (pushes your head out like 3 inches lol).
The arm rests not extending all the way back to the backrest is annoying for cables getting stuck/looping around it. They are also pretty loose and can turn with little sideways pressure though this only really happens if you are leaning on them weird or using them to stand yourself up.
Seems like what I have said is mostly negative but in truth, its not a bad chair. It is comfy, the adjustable lean-back is very nice for laying down watching stuff and the little foot rest, while it could be longer is still a nice feature and seems well built (saw some people saying it felt like it would break but I don’t see how thats possible).
The bottom padding is pretty good and comfortable, the back is good in all but one spot you can almost feel the metal support through it which incentivizes using the lumbar support pillow. I never used the massage feature and you can take the whole thing out of the pillow so that invalidates the complaints I saw other people have about the lumbar pillow being hard because of the massager.
Again as much negative stuff as I said, if you are a little bit smaller than myself (and maybe less boney) it’ll probably be fine for you. Decent budget option, I can’t say I am in pain or uncomfortable, just that there are definitely some imperfections that you wouldn’t find spending more money on another chair. The price is right!
update: I’ve owned it for some months now. I’d say my review and criticisms have not really changed. However, I’ve found that really extended use of the chair (like sitting for HOURS) starts to make my back a little sore because of the lumbar support and I find myself adjusting it up and down often. It just doesn’t feel great having your back mostly resting on a single point of the chair versus an office chair where the entire back-rest is just a big soft, padded material and the entire surface area of your back rests upon it. Still though, my office chair didn’t have adjustable lean-back and arm-rests, and I gotta say laying down and watching something is REALLY comfortable lol so it’s a decent tradeoff. I wouldn’t take off the lumbar support though because the back-rest isn’t very padded higher up on the chair near the plastic holes and so I’d rather a lumbar pillow than feeling the metal support beams in the rear and plastic press into my back lol.

DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!!!
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy this chair. It’s not worth all the trouble you will have to return the big and heavy box.

The chair is easy to assemble, I’ll give that. But it had ALL screw holes misaligned resulting in a deformed and bent-looking chair. The stuff was also deformed, rugged, with uneven and misaligned sewing all over. Right after assembly this chair looks like it was in use for a year. All parts are loose, specially the arm rests and the backrest.
The foot rest is useless as it does not stretch out to a usable distance.
The ‘massage’ feature is just an USB rotator that vibrates inside a small pillow, also deformed with incredibly misaligned sewing.
Honestly, the only good thing about this product is the assembly tool included.
I’m returning this item for a refund with no second thoughts.
