Excellent Back Support
I have no complaints. The wheels make moving around my hard wood floor essentially effortless and seemless. I purchased a second one for myself (1st was for my better half). We recently got in a car accident and both suffered back injuries. We needed something that will last and give us the proper support given our long office hours. This chair surpassed all our criteria and then some. Extremely comfortable, sturdy, quiet and priced reasonably.

Instructions were clear and easy to assemble. Note I would leave the tightening of arm screws til all in place . I had reason to ask a question of customer service by email and received a response within a few hours. Great non marking wheels.

Wheels are great, Very quiet. Chairs Comfortable. This would be the ideal chair but I think I may have to return it for its one annoyance. Chair can recline but the locking feature will only lock it in vertical. It won’t allow the chair to be locked in any kind of a recline position at all.

Itâs really good quality materials and cushioning. Looks great! Only challenge is that even at lowest setting, my feet canât touch the ground. Had to use a Pictionary box to sit comfortably. Iâm 5â4â

The top cushion is so thick and placement makes it so that I have to sit with my shoulders hunched forward or neck extended so that I am basically looking down. I cannot sit with proper posture in this chair. I am 5’5 for context. I am returning it.

I was a bit skeptical ordering this chair. I just threw out my last bonded leather desk chair. It lasted 5 years then started to peel. It took about 1/2 an hour to put this together & it was very easy. This chair seems better constructed than my last one, so I hope it lasts longer. When I sat in it, it was very comfortable. The back support was super supportive & hit just the right spot on my spine. My last chair was comfortable to a point, but I could only sit in it for about an hour before I started to get back pain. I sat in this chair for several hours without any back pain. That’s very important to me. I have a very severe back injury, & I work from home, so I need a chair that works hard for me. I think this one will do the job. If I could afford a genuine leather chair, I would buy one. I know it would last a lot longer. I had one many years ago that lasted over 20 years. This chair is super comfortable, & it’s a great price. I’m sure I’ll get my money’s worth. Bonded leather is real leather, but it’s leftover pieces pieced together. Because the price is so affordable, it’s worth a try. I give it a thumbs up!!!

I searched dozens of different chairs to go with the desk for my teenage son. His room is average size and he’s outgrown toys, well his toys now consist of video games. I didn’t see getting one of the chairs with the tall back and flip out foot rest. Too big and bulky. I still wanted something comfortable and adjustable. I am so very pleased with this chair. My son put it together by himself and didn’t have any problems. It’s very comfortable, and the height is adjustable and the arms can be lifted up or down. The wheels work well and no issues there either. I like the design because it looks like a gaming chair but it’s not overpriced and bulky. Plus it goes great with the furniture in his room and with the new desk. The only thing I would mention is it was delivered in a big box with a picture of it on the outside. Luckily I got it moved (very heavy box) before he came outside and saw it. It was a Christmas present. I wouldn’t deduct a star or anything for that reason but I just wanted to give the next person a heads up.

I spent most of a day chair shopping on Amazon and other websites, time well spent as I ended up with this chair. I can’t believe how comfortable and what good quality it is–amazing for the price.Have just finished assembling the chair and for me, an older woman, I was glad to have my husband there to help hold the back in place while attaching it; without a second person to help me, there would have been some bad words floating around!As one reviewer mentioned, the right hand arm screw holes were difficult to line up. Mine was too until I found the solution was to put in the top screw first, then the bottom one. As usual, all the screws should should be loose-ish until the last one is in, then tighten them all up. It came in a strong box, well packed, nothing broken. The wrench even had a handle which made it easier to hold and use.As we were putting it together, I kept saying to my husband, “I can’t believe what good quality this is.” Every other piece of furniture I’ve bought during this past year of being housebound due to COVID-19 has been damaged, disappointing quality, or both. Such a pleasant surprise with this piece. Good job, Starspace.It’s very comfortable with a nice slope under the front of my legs. so no pressure there. Two fingers width between the edge of the chair and the back of my knees. The arms raise smoothly for scooting under the desk. Good looking leather and sturdy feel. A little raised up, the seat is the correct height for me (5’5″) to have my feet flat on the floor, so would fit someone a bit shorter. Raised up more, it fits my husband at 5’10”, and goes a bit higher for a taller person.I’ve attached a photo showing one arm raised as high as it’ll go, the other lowered. It scoots right under the desk with the arms raised.Everything feels like quality, really unusual these days, and most pleasant, especially for such a reasonable price. Believe all the good reviews and GET THIS CHAIR.

People like me buy this chair because they are looking for something more comfortable than a regular office chair that you can sit in for hours that is also easy to move around. There are plenty of chairs that meet these requirements but the number of chairs that exceed expectations at a sub $200 price point are exceedingly few. I searched high and low and was glad I decided on this chair because it really is perfect if you value a good cushion, solid arm rests, mobility and a reclining back for under $200. If this is you, then you will be not be disappointed. If your budget is bigger then you could probably find a chair with better ergonomics and even more padding but Im telling you at this price point, this chair is the real deal, I did the research.
