Great value, comfortable, and the adjustability I need in an ergonomic chair
I spent hours researching an ergonomic chair for my home office. I spend many hours at the computer every day for work, and wanted a chair that would promote and facilitate better posture and comfort. I was skeptical with the Sihoo M57 based on price, and felt like I needed to spend/pay more to get a decent quality chair, but this chair really fit the bill.The instructions were simple and straight forward, and the chair was easy to assemble. It came complete with a quality allen key tool (not just your typical throw away allen key), and spare screws/washers just in case. I had the chair put together in approximately 20 minutes, and started testing it out right away.The chair offers great support, with good adjustability. The mesh bottom and backing breathes great, which will be nice in the summer months. I thought I was going to be spending $700+ for a decent ergonomic chair, and was limited for options locally to test them out in person, so figured for the price I really didn’t have much to loose. Boy am I glad I pulled the trigger on the Sihoo M57.I am approx 5’9, and the chair fits me very well. There is plenty of adjustment for both smaller and larger users.I highly recommend giving the M57 a try if you were in the market for a new office chair, or need to upgrade to something that promotes healthier working posture.

Comfortable and Reasonably Priced
The chair came very fast and without any issues. Construction was straight forward, they also have videos on YouTube for those who are more visually inclined. I’d say the price is very reasonable as the overall quality feels great. Very happy with the chair so far and it is extremely comfortable. The features of reclining and movement of the headrest are a great bonus.

Good chair for money. Not ideal though.Ergonomics3d armrest are very convenient but a bit difficult to adjust. Too new? :)Sitting area is on hard side of scale. Not very bad but if you looking for soft and comfy sitting this is not ideal option. I have to use pillow.Sitting part doesn’t W shaped if this is important for some people with sciatica.Lumbar support is good. Not fancy dynamic, hydraulic ones but simple and functional. Good to my taste.Recline is okay.Headrest might be softer. It’s not going back too far in a very upright position. I would rather have this piece more adjustable.Chair depth is not adjustable at all.Tilt feature is quite standard for any chairs in this price range.Parts and qualityParts and material seemingly good quality, two spare screws were suppliedAssembly time35-40 minutesInstructionNothing special but okay for assembly. really good ergonomic chair
i really like the design and quality of this chair, it is as described. was easily bale to assemble without any issues. it is perfect for my height 5’9 and i can see it an issues for people taller than 6’2 as the head support will not be sufficient. so far so good after using it for a few months now and it is very sturdy. definitely recommended and will buy again if needed, i got it on a sale price so that was a bonus

—UPDATE—After I left my original review I received a message from SIHOO customer support telling me they’d like to offer me a full refund as I wasn’t fully satisfied with the product. I let them know I’ve already discarded the box but they said I could keep the chair and they would refund me via paypal. I accepted but then they snuck in the detail that THEY WANTED ME TO REMOVE MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I told them I would not as it violates Amazon’s review compensation policy. Low and behold, I never received my refund.This company is effectively paying people to remove negative Amazon reviews. Be very, very wary of anything you read. Caveat emptor.—ORIGINAL REVIEW—Picked this up for $200CAD and at that price it’s decent value, BUT, avoid this one if you’re 6ft or taller. I’m around 6’3″ and the rest of the review will be from the context of my height.Pros:- Decent value at $200- Casters roll smoothly- Generally well put together without much flexing or loosenessCons:- Not good for tall people- The top of the seat back only comes up to the bottom of my shoulder blades, and I can feel it press into them if I lean back- The head rest does not come up high enough, even if I move it past it’s normal detents to go as high as possible- The edges of the headrest are hard, it’s not comfortable to rest your head really anywhere but the middle- The lumbar support is very hard, it feels like a brick. Wish I could just pull it out completelyOther:- The mesh seat has some give, is neither very stiff nor comfortably soft. It works for me but some people may find it too hard if coming from a soft seat- The headrest is adjustable height, though still does not go high enough for anyone tall- The armrests are a pretty stiff synthetic rubber of sorts, not the most comfortable- Decent amount of adjustments

FINALLY!!!
Finally a chair that is great for my bad back! I love the ergonomics and overall look of this chair. I have been searching and trying chairs for a couple of years now and have never found one that I could sit at for longer periods of time while I work, until I found this beauty! My favourite part of this chair has to be the adjustable lumbar position. In and out, up and down. It’s brilliant! I am very happy with my purchase. And as of today 0 issues with this chair.

“Ergonomic” elements, but caused chronic back pain
There are many “ergonomic”-looking elements to this chair, but I’m not sure that these have truly been tested or certified by anyone with ergonomic knowledge.For example, the lumbar support cushion is very thin and the plastic support part is very hard. I needed to retract it more than the minimum setting, to the point I wanted to take it out completely. This chair has caused me chronic back pain at the lumbar level and I recommend you look elsewhere if you need proper back support.

La silla es muy buena, la calidad es bastante competitiva, pensé que al ser un asiento y respaldo de malla serÃa un poco incómoda después de largo tiempo sentado pero me sorprendió bastante, paso 12 horas sentado en la silla y siempre es cómoda; eso si después de tantas horas el soporte lumbar si llega a cansar y es cuestión de moverlo para que estes mas cómodo.El material de los productos es resistente, el armado de la silla es muy fácil y comparado con otras sillas es lo mejor que hay en el mercado por estos precios.Estoy muy satisfecho

I’ve had this chair for a couple weeks now and am pretty happy with it. I was using a hand-me-down gaming chair that was super cheap, falling apart and starting to hurt my back. Instead of getting another gaming chair, which I feel like are mostly for looks and don’t really provide any support, I wanted an ergonomic one, but didn’t have several hundred dollars to a grand to throw at a really nice brand name chair. This is the only chair I found that fit both my budget and my criteria: all mesh, adjustable lumbar, included adjustable headrest, tilt tension control, and adjustable armrests. For reference, I’m 5’4, 120 lbs, and this chair fits me really comfortably.I like the lumbar on the most shallow setting–it’s just enough support without being obtrusive, and I’m really glad you can adjust the height. I love being able to adjust the seat tilt and tension as well, since I’m super active in my chair and like to rock back and forth at my desk and lean back for breaks. I sit at my desk all day for work, and after work I stay there and game, so I needed a chair that would recline and be good for lounging too (also why the headrest was so important).There is hard plastic on the edges of the seat and backrest, but it doesn’t really bother me. I like to be an “ergonomic rebel” and sit cross-legged a lot, and I don’t find that the edges of the seat hurt my legs. Although I’m on the shorter side, so your mileage may vary if you’re taller and like to sit with your legs curled up.The mesh feels firm and has enough give to be comfortable while providing support and breathing. Again, I’m on the smaller side so I don’t think the mesh sagging will be too much of an issue for me personally. I actually really like the headrest–it fits in the curve of my neck comfortably, and even though you can’t move it forward or back, I feel like being able to tilt up and down and change the height makes up for it.You’ll definitely want to take time to play around with the adjustability and find the right fit for you. The only other thing I would have liked is the ability to move the arms in and out horizontally (I like to have the arm rests really close to me, but if you need them to be wider it looks like you can move them farther apart when assembling), but I wasn’t expecting to find that in a $200 chair, and I’m just glad I can adjust the arm rests forwards backwards, up, down, and rotate them. I use that functionality a lot, so it works great for my needs. The arm rests themselves are made of a pretty hard rubber but have some slight give, so not just rock-hard plastic. If you need the arm rests to be cushy you can probably get covers for them.Assembly was pretty straightforward, but I followed their video as well just to make sure I did it right. Some of the castors required extra force to attach, but felt solid once they were in. Haven’t had any issues with squeaking or creaking yet–still feels pretty sturdy (and I sit in it for 10+ hours a day). I did check all the pieces for scuffs, dents, or tears before assembling, but everything was in good condition. I’d read great reviews about SIHOO’s customer support beforehand though so I wasn’t worried in the case I did need to replace anything.Overall, if you want a chair that has ergonomic features and adjustability, and doesn’t break the bank, I’d recommend this one. I did weeks of research before deciding on it and I’m pretty happy with my decision, especially for the price! In the future when I have a thousand dollars to invest in a Herman Miller or Haworth I’ll probably upgrade, but I’m more than happy with this chair in the meantime.

Dal momento che mi sono seduto fino a 3 ore dopo non ho sentito la differenza, confortevole come alla prima seduta.se questo è il tuo budget io la raccomando.
