Better than expected
This is the first time purchasing a “mattress in a box” so we weren’t sure what to expect. We purchased this for our camper and couldn’t be happier. This is excellent for the price and is very comfortable. Came in a small-ish box, which was super helpful to maneuver into place before opening. The box however, is very heavy, so two people may be required to move this around. It ‘inflated’ quickly and evenly (give it the 48 hours it suggests), and didn’t have a funky smell out of the packaging.

Pleasantly surprised!
When I ordered this, I worried that there wouldn’t be enough support at the edges, or that it wouldn’t be thick enough, or that it would be too thin. I was happy to find out I didn’t have to worry. I found the mattress extremely comfortable. I’ve now had my 3rd solid good night’s sleep!IT comes in a box, that is heavy as heck and looks waaay too small to hold a queen-size mattress. It came a week early- to my happy rejoicing. I wiggled and dragged it to my bedroom, and peeled the old mattress off my bed (We’ve been overdue for one for years) I opened the top of the box and wiggled the mattress in its bag out onto the bed platform. Reading the instructions and using the special tool- I opened the outside bag – It immediately starts sucking in the air- which is weird as heck to hear form drinking in the air. I carefully unfolded it to spread it over the platform of the bed- before taking off the inner wrapper. It was like watching those sponge toys you got as a kid- it flumped up into a normal-looking mattress within minutes. Of course, I had to lay on it to see what it was like… COmfy!It came with a mattress cover to protect it.The hybrid part of it keeps it from being too soft- I’ve slept right on the edge and not rolled off or even felt like I was rolling off. It’s firm where it needs to be firm, and soft on top where you sleep. *disclaimer- We have a 3 inch foam mattress cover that I’m using with this- but even without it the bed would be comfortable.*Very happy with my purchase. Here’s seeing how long it lasts, and if the company stands behind their warenty if it doesnt.

Im not too sure about the ‘memory foam’ part of this mattress. There’s definitely springs. We have put a mattress topper on, but it is a comfortable sleep for sleepovers. Guests have not complained

Donât waste your money
This thing is a cheap springy mattress suitable for a small child. My kids had a riot using it for a trampoline. I think weâll be lucky if we get 2 years out of it. The way that it was packaged resulted in the mattress being folded down the middle creating a crease. Given how cheaply made this is and the presence of the crease the middle will surely sag in no time. I would return this but Iâd have to figure out a way to haul a dang matress in the snow and ship it without getting ruined. Aint nobody got time for that nonsense. Weâve purchase other mattresses from Amazon before and they were fabulous – but they were all foam no springs. The springs on this thing make it feel like a hideaway bed matress at a hotel. Just donât do it.

I was worried buying a mattress from Amazon being that thereâs so many options and I was unsure how Iâd like it and if it would be bad quality , but I was so stressed and wanted to get one more expensive to ease my mind but ultimately decided that I just needed a mattress to last me a year at least and I went with the cheapest one which was this one , very very impressed and content, no smell and super comfy and even has good edge support I was expecting the edge to collapse completely like some people make it seem but it holds me up and Iâm 240lbs so this is great Iâd definitely buy this again (full size bed btw )

My last bedset is a mere 4.5yrs old and horridly uncomfortable, I was able to stretch the time by purchasing a foam topper while researching for a replacement. I FOUND IT! Order arrived Early! The box is pretty heavy, is folded in half then rolled and vacuum-shrink wrapped. PurrJoy includes the appropriate cutter and booklet, honestly, I never opened the booklet LOL This bed will EXPLODE out of the shrink wrap the second the first cut is made! So don’t stop slicing the plastic, I did it in an L shape and it worked well. Fully expanded right away. By bedtime about 4 hours later I made the bed up and jumped in. Pure bliss! I bought the 10in FIRM and it is firm but not like sleeping on the floor, it is a comfortable level. Tonight I will put the foam topper on it to compare and report back if I think it needs to be updated. Worth the money, really well made, no smell. My rating is an 8 LOL

The mattress came in a small box and was tightly air compacted. Opened the box and cut the plastic and the mattress quickly blew open. It’s a decent bed. Good for guest’s.
