GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO BREATHE & FLUFF UP
I received my new Utopia pillows Friday and was looking forward to finally sleeping on a comfy pillow. I have the My Pillow that has shifted all to one end and gets hot and yucky during the night. I have no menopausal issues so it’s not due to that. I wake up a minimum of 3 times during the night to rearrange the pillow every night.Finally last evening I removed one pillow from the vacuum-sealed plastic and it began to expand when the air hit it. Wow, I thought this is great. I put it in the dryer for 25 minutes on cool air and 2 tennis balls after pounding the crap out of it with my fist. It was getting nice and fluffy. I have the gray gusseted one with the cotton cover.Half an hour later I put into a fresh white pillow case and set up my couch to watch TV. The pillow case goes on snuggly but it fits because you can squeeze it inside easily. I put my hand down on the pillow and it was nice and smooshie. My hand sank in but not too deeply. Oh this is going to be great, I thought. I lay down and my head sank down right to the bottom. My ears were covered and warm but no neck support at all. The pillow IS very warm. I moved it around and beat it up but the stuffing doesn’t shift. The only thing it was good for was to bunch in the corner of the couch and use the back of the couch as support. What a disappointment. You get what you pay for…That video that shows a woman placing her hand into the pillow is deceiving. Let’s remember one thing. A human head weighs way more than when you press down with your hand. The pillow bounces back once the hand is removed but sinks when you lay down your head on it. I have the My Pillow one too and they are both useless. The My Pillow had thicker pieces of foam that move around inside the pillow casing. The Utopia one has what feels like one big rectangular cotton ball. No lumps, no bumps and no bunching just sinking down flat. No smells but again, so what! The sides around your head stay nice but your head is way down on the mattress.I’m sure you can wash it in a front loading washer but that is little consolation for me. I needed head support.It’s about 8 inches thick in the middle but serves no purpose except as a very pricey pillow sham stuffer.Don’t waste your money on this Utopia. It’s nowhere near any utopia I imagined. Walmart pillows are better and cheaper. I’m giving the unopened one away and the other one that is opened will be used in a decorative pillow sham.I tried to be positive about this pillow but all I can say is it’s like sleeping on a cloud that makes your head sink to the bottom.For those that wanted to know if the stripe shows through the pillow casing…yes it does.Very deceptive pillow. She’s sitting next me on the couch and is all fluffy but it’s a mirage. Don’t waste your money, neither on the My Pillow garbage or the Utopia scam. Seriously disappointed with both.My quest for a comfortable pillow continues.UPDATE: I decided to give my new pillows a chance. They puffed up even more naturally and are comfortable. I can’t say they give a lot of support but my head sinks into the pillow yet not flat on a mattress. I am quite happy with the pillow. It’s gives me a soft warming feeling and I drift off quickly. Don’t need to wake up to fluff it. I should have given it a chance to fluff up naturally. I tossed it into the dryer and maybe that wasn’t long enough. I changed my review and for the price it’s a pretty nice pillow.

These pillows are undeniably comfortable, providing adequate support for various sleeping positions. Whether I’m sleeping on my back, stomach, or side, the pillows conform well to my head and neck, helping to alleviate pressure points and promote a more restful sleep. The cooling feature is also a nice touch, preventing overheating during warmer nights and ensuring a more comfortable sleeping environment.Additionally, the gusseted design of the pillows adds some extra loft and support, which is particularly beneficial for side sleepers like myself. I appreciate the hotel-quality feel of the pillows, as they add a touch of luxury to my bedding ensemble.However, there are a couple of drawbacks that I’ve noticed. Firstly, despite the cooling feature, I found that the pillows tended to retain some heat throughout the night, which could be uncomfortable during particularly warm evenings. Additionally, while the pillows initially provided adequate support, I noticed some flattening over time, especially with regular use. I considered the “high priced” dream pillow, but they are quite expensive! I chose them and I LOVE them. I fell asleep instantly and stayed asleep!! No adjustment period!!

I was in a car accident 4 yrs ago, rear ended. Never had a neck issue in my life other then the typical I slept wrong night we all have. Being in my 60s I thought after trying many pillow over the past 4 yrs I’d never find one where I’d not wake n hurt.Well behold here it is.The first nights sleep was good. Woke no pain. I thought ok its mental thought being positive as I am… LOL …Been close to or a little longer than a month now since I’ve had this pillow. I’m still getting use to the soft texture of thinking it is not firm enough because of the poof/fluff. Let me tell you dont let that poof/fluff fool you. It has the firmness one may need and the softness for others needs. Its the most wonderful neck pillow I have ever spent my money on. I have spent lots of money on pillows in the search as many have I am sure. Got these pillows on sale and thought Ok let’s spend some more money on pillows and wish.I LOVE this PILLOW…the pillow has taken away on night 1 my neck pain that almost brought tears to my eyes some mornings n most days. I now can get through a days work of chores around the house without having to stop for hours to rest my neck.I say THANK YOU TO Utopia Bedding Gusseted PillowI will be ordering more for the spare bedrooms.Again, Utopia Bedding Gusseted PillowJust my opinion and what it has done for me. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

I have fibromyalgia and finding a pillow that is soft but also provides support for my neck is hard to find. Anyone with fibromyalgia knows that sleeping is hard enough but having the right pillow makes a world of difference. I’m a side sleeper and this pillow gives me the support I need.

What a nice surprise. This is my first time buying pillows online. I was skeptical on doing it, after reading reviews from different brands. I decided to go for this product, because I read many good reviews and they were so helpful. I was having issues with my neck and after sleeping with these pillows, I feel better.I bought the queen size, even though I have a king bed, but they are still a good size kind of pillow. The pillows came in air tight and flat. After opening them, they got their shape within 5 minutes!I will definitely recommend them. After opening each pillow bag, I noticed they dont smell, they are really soft, fluffy but still give you neck support. Will definitely buy again.

Me encantaron, el material se siente de muy buena calidad y son súper fluffy aunque no exageradamente, si recuestas tu cabeza se hunde pero sà mantiene el soporte.Como recomendación, en las 24 horas que debes dejarlas a que se inflen, periódicamente agitalas y asà se “inflaran” mejor y más rápido. 😉
