It arrived quick and worked well for 2 weeks and a half .Then all of a sudden it quit. Nothing will get it works again. Well I contact with the company about this . They return message back very quickly. Knowing what happened,They promised to refund my money so I can purchase a new one. That is a very good effort for after sale service.

I had some issues with This will not work on anything with a thick consistency. I bought it to mix my protein powder into my yogurt and it does not work. But it does work to mix my greens into water. They dealt with my issues immediately and their customer service was above & beyond compared to others!

 It works well, when it works. It doesnât always turn on, and have to push the button a few times, it kills batteries fairly quickly considering it gets used twice a day max by 2 ppl. Also once frothing, as the liquid gets foamy, it starts to struggle spinning. Still use it but once totally broken, I donât think I will reorder.

I’ve had other frothers and this one is powerful. It didn’t come with a stand but I kept the stand from my last one so that’s OK. I also had to get used to the fact that it only powers on if you are pushing the button, but again not a huge deal. Overall I am happy and it froths beautifully

Love this little thing. My kids use it to mix chocolate milk. However. When the batteries die that’s it. Once you change them it breaks. Completely done. Hence why I’ve bought two already. My second one just died and I went through a whole unopened box of batteries trying to get it to work and nothing. But it’s lovely while it lasts for a whole 3 months. Very soft handle. Easy to use. Just dies quick and then it’s done forever. Giving 5 stars so people know about its design flaws.

Bought for post bariatric surgery so I could mix casein or collagen into drinks. Does an amazing job. It only broke because my husband put it in a sink full of dishes/water. So Iâm buying another! Yes it is powerful – so you froth the milk first then add the coffee etc. to avoid it spinning straight out – itâs not rocket science. Or just do short burst so the centrifugal force doesnât get too much!
